Payment
Registration and membership fees are payable in full at the time of registration. Acceptable with all forms of payment including cash (in person registration) or Credit Card (Visa or MC). We also accept cheques and it should be made payable to Powerkids Tumbles International Pte Ltd. Please note there will be $30 fee for returned checks. When payment is completed, you will receive confirmation. Membership
Your family lifetime membership entitles you to discounted rates on Classes, Birthdays, Kids Night Out and camps. Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable regardless any reasons or circumstances including, but not limited to business closure, relocation of gym, acts of God, redevelopment of sites and/or any other reasons. All amounts pursuant to these terms and conditions should be paid by credit card or cheque. Where payment is made, a receipt will be issued by the staff via email. No termination of membership by member upon the signing date of the agreement. The member understands and acknowledges that non-usage of the gym does not release the member from any obligations to make all payments agreed upon. JWT Kids Gym reserves the right to terminate membership and/ or refuse member access into the gym for failure to adhere to gym and membership rules, terms and conditions and/ or for non-payment of any balance and payable by member. Under such circumstances, JWT Kids Gym also reserves the right to forfeit any deposit or payment previously made by the member. Cancellations
JWT Kids Gym reserves the right to cancel or modify classes and faculty. Attendance, Make Ups & Change of Class
Members have priority for continuing enrollment in busy classes. Enrollment is by the session. If you are unable to attend a class, do inform us to arrange for a make up. Please note that a maximum of 2 classes are allowed per term and that all classes are to complete within the registered term. All makeups must be scheduled by appointment. Kindly support the request of make-up class with a medical certificate / receipt. Please call the gym if you are unable to attend your make-up. If we do not hear from you, no other make update date for that class will be offered. If our schedule does not fit yours, please inform us and we will include you in our interest lists in order to open up new classes if possible. Contact Information
It is the responsibility of the primary member to ensure that JWT Kids gym has the most up to date contact information on file or correspondence including mailing address, email address and phone number. Please enquire respective gym about JWT kids gym email addresses to add to your approved sender lists. Safety/Sickness
Please keep sick children at home. We reserve the right to send a child home to get well at our discretion and offer a make-up. Come play when you are at your best. Children enrolled in drop off classes must be escorted to and from the gym by their parent/caregiver. Please arrange to have your child picked up on time by a person registered by JWT kids Gym. It is the responsibility of the primary member (the purchaser of the family membership) to add or remove persons authorized to check into JWT kids Gym. Please be sure to completely fill out the medical portion of the membership information form and additional medical form if applicable, and sign the release in the case of an emergency. JWT kids Gym does not have medical staff available and cannot provide emergency or other medical treatment. JWT kids Gym may contact external emergency medical care as necessary. JWT kids Gym Camp requires an additional medical form to be completed by the child’s doctor. Classes
All classes for newborns- 3years are with parent or caregiver. All classes from 3 years to 9 years are drop off classes unless otherwise stated. Parents may attend the first drop off class with their child. Personal Training
Only authorized personnel of JWT Kids Gym are permitted to offer any kind of personal training at the gym. Members engaging the services of non-JWT Kids Gym or providing personal training or services within the gym, will be subjected to a termination of membership and a legal claim against the member in the event of loss in earnings suffered by the gym. The member shall not solicit any form of business, undertaking or assignment from any other members while in JWT Kids Gym. The member agrees that the use of JWT Kids Gym facilities and equipment will involve risk and confirm that the member will not hold JWT Kids Gym and/ or it’s employees/ shareholders/ directors liable for any personal injury, death and/ or any other consequential misfortune/ accident that occur in the course of the accessing and using the facilities in any part of the gym premises. The member agrees that JWT Kids Gym will not be liable for the loss, damage or theft or consequential damage to personal property at the gym facilities. JWT Kids Gym is not liable for unavailability of equipment, facility or services at any time due to mechanical breakdown, fire, catastrophe or any other reasons. By registering for programmes at JWT Kids Gym, I agree to follow all policies and procedures of the facility. I enroll understanding the risks and benefits of physical and state that all family members participating are condition to play. I agree to provide health and safety issues regarding all family members so that the JWT kids Gym staff members can contact me in the event of any emergency. I hereby give my consent for my child’s participation in the activities of JWT Kids Gym/ Powerkids Tumbles and hereby absolve and release JWT Kids Gym / Powerkids Tumbles from any and all liability for any injuries of damages that may incurred by my child in the activities sponsored by JWT kids may use any photograph, videotape, slide or likeness of my child for publicity. I have read and understood the rules and regulations of JWT Kids Gym. Unless otherwise expressly specified this agreement embodies the entire understanding between the member and JWT Kids Gym / Powerkids Tumbles in respect of the membership and any prior or contemporaneous representations, either oral or written are hereby superceded. No amendments or changes to these terms and conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and signed off by authorized representative of the company. back to top |
